A Partnership is the relationship which subsists between two or more persons carrying on business in common with a view to profit. Partnerships are governed in Cyprus by the Partnership and Business Names Law, Cap. 116.
There a number of grounds under which it may be possible to contest / challenge a Cyprus Will. These include: lack of legal capacity; lack of valid execution; undue influence; fraudulent wills and forged wills and construction claims.
Cyprus succession law is designed to keep property within the bloodline. If you are resident in Cyprus this may result in a minimum proportion of your worldwide estate being allocated to specific heirs, even if the Will states otherwise.
